There's something you need to do
If you want your business to grow, I’m sorry to say it but you need to grow.
It’s all fun and games trying to sign more clients, generate more revenue, sell more products or ultimately grow your business.
But if you’re not growing as a person, you’re holding back that business growth you’re after.
In fact, it’s the same if you want to start a business and get it off the ground, sign a client, make your first sale and so on.
In order to do so you have to fix your habits, your poor decision making, your lack of knowledge in certain places, it all narrows down to you.
And the moment you take accountability for that, you will make so much more progress.
Because instead of playing victim or scratching your head thinking where you’re going wrong, you’ll objectively reflect on everything you do and notice areas for improvement.
I’m a huge advocate of learning every single day.
Learn from your mistakes, your decisions, someone else’s mistakes, spot errors in your work or someone else’s, find your weaknesses, review your sales calls, rep out content, learn new skills and so on.
Making progress is just about doing something everyday that you know works.
Not blindly emailing prospects without any knowledge on their business.
Not cold calling businesses expecting them to throw their credit card at your high ticket agency service.
If you’re starting a lead generation agency, don’t make the same mistakes I did.
