Today I wanted to cover how to sign more agency clients effortlessly…

3 simple steps.

First clarity

Don’t overcomplicate shit because you’ve watched a bunch of YouTube videos speaking in the same way you do. Chances are your customers don’t understand that type of language. What I mean by that is most don’t understand the jargon of marketing. My advice is to dumb things down.

By that I mean what problems do you actually solve? Are these problems made up in your head or do they exist within the marketplace?

Who exactly do you solve these problems for, not the “niche” but specific Ideal customer profile for the types of businesses you actually solve problems of.

And finally what results do you help them achieve.

As an example if you run lead generation ads it wouldn’t be - we build ads and run them to a landing page then nurture leads and contact them to book them into your calendar for an appointment. That’s the process not the result.

The result of all of that would be sales for the business. More sales = business growth.

Second confidence

Put in the reps and build undeniable confidence that you’re good at what you do.

Invest in your knowledge.

Consume free good content.

Invest in mastermind events.

Read books.

Go to networking events.

Purchase courses that are solid from individuals you trust.

Be part of communities with individuals that want to do better.

Network, reach out, speak to those you aspire to be like.

Open your mind to growth.

Remove your limiting beliefs.

With that you’ll build confidence which will translate into your communication, service delivery and ultimately allow your agency to grow by signing clients effortlessly.

You won’t be desperate for the sale, each time you go onto the zoom call, instead you’ll approach “sales calls” as conversations with individuals you want to help, which will allow you to close more clients.

Retaining clients whilst running any service business

Signing clients can be hard, wait till you have to retain them.

Over communication has helped me massively to keep my clients for much longer.

Simply keeping your clients in the loop more than anything.

No in-depth messages or voice notes about ads not hitting the right metrics(unless they really want to know). More stuff that keeps them informed about the processes and the work we’re doing.

As an example, we tried this creative because it worked for X business but it’s not delivering the desired result. Instead we’ll be testing this one this week as it’s a different angle that could work well. Will keep you informed on how it goes.

That type of messages goes a long way, your client isn’t sat wondering what you’re actually doing as an agency. Instead they know what’s happening.
