How to crush 2025
Growing & Scaling your agency with AI
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is no longer a buzzword, it's literally a game changing technology reshaping every industry there is.

The person that utilises AI to its full potential and sells that solution to a business.
If you don't take advantage in early 2025, by the back end of the year you'll be left behind wondering why you cant sign clients or why they're churning after a month of service.
So here's your secret formula to scaling beyond $10k per month.

AI + Lead Generation + Local Businesses = BIG money.
That's it.
Running paid ads and delivering leads to local businesses no longer works as effectively as it used to.
Here's the reasons why:
Competition is at an all time high.
If you're new and not experienced at creating good offers + creatives you wont get good results for clients.
Clients are lazy or busy - most businesses under £30k pm can't afford to spend £2k pm with an agency on ads and increase their workload - ie call leads and set appointments or consultations. In most cases you’re solving one problem by adding two more…
So why does AI matter for marketing agencies moving forward?
Efficiency: AI automates time-consuming tasks. Saving time = saving money.
Scalability: AI tools grow with your business, handling increased workloads without the need for significant human resources.
Cost-effectiveness: AI reduces operational costs by streamlining processes and improving campaign ROI. ie hiring an assistant to sit and reply back to messages vs installing a chatbot that costs you $100 pm 🙂 win win for both yourself and client.
So here's a few areas where AI can drive growth in businesses:
Lead generation and qualification - using chatbots, voice AI or predictive analytics of leads coming in to prioritise high quality leads for outreach if you're doing volume.
Content creation and optimisation - copywriting, SEO or even visual content - Canva is your number 1 tool to begin exploring this, for literally £12 pm you get a huge amount of AI tools to help with this.
Social media management - scheduling posts, running automations that script a whole month of content based on current market trends, analysing engagement or even using it as suggestions for what to post in your email marketing campaign.
Paid ads campaign management - if you're running google it can analyse pmax campaigns and allocate budget across channel to max out ROI, if you're running FB ads you can use the in-house tools to optimise targeting + ad placements (although id give it a few more months before diving into it all with FB, personally still manually adjust everything) - or using 100's of the other tools that analyse your performance of campaigns, benchmark it against others in the industry and gives you suggestions to improve.
and look, there's a fuck ton of uses for it for your agency to save you time, but most importantly for your clients to give you a competitive edge against all the other agencies out there.
My tips would be this:
Start small and don't try and implement everything at once - the more shit you add in the more problems you'll cause in operations of it all.
Add it in, test it, then roll out for other clients. It may seem like an opportunity until you implement it all and it just causes a disaster in daily operations.
Invest money and time into training and learning these tools.
Integrate into your systems not replace - ie we book appts for clients using chatbots but that's only 80% of appointments - rest are done by humans.
Stay updated in this shiny object space - new tools will surface and you'll think it's the next big thing, stay updated but don't jump from one tool to the other.

Incorporating AI isn’t just about keeping up with the competition, it’s about redefining what’s possible for your agency and your clients aka scaling vertically vs horizontally :) you can run an agency with 5 clients and make a fuck ton more money than those having agencies with 20+ clients if you set up your offering correctly & value your service. It’s not about how many clients you have and how many retainers you can squeeze in…
