- Have you quit?
Have you quit?
Be honest...
The second Friday of the year is known as quitters day.
It’s where most people quit their new years resolutions.
This is down to:
Unrealistic goals
Lack of planning
and, not seeing immediate results.
So assuming you’re in the agency space or want to get into it, chances are you might have given up on your resolution of getting to the dream of $10k/month or other related resolutions.
There’s not one single thing that I can write that will enlighten you to all of a sudden get back up and continue the work.
Nobody has that power in the world.
Yes they might motivate you, but we all know motivation is short lived.
You’ve heard that enough across all the motivational TikToks you watch.
Most progress is made when you just simply don’t want to do the work and yet you still do it.
You’ve had a long day at your job but still have to go home and do some cold calls - that’s when it matters the most.
Why?
Not because you’re doing the calls and getting in front of prospects, its because you’re conditioning your mind that no matter how you feel you still get up and do the shit required to get to your goals.
It gets easier each time you do it.
That’s the difference. Do the things you say you’re going to do.
I genuinely believe this is what separates those that succeed and those that dont’t.
We’ve all at one point said we’ll be millionaires and that we’ll do X,Y,Z and so on…
But how many of us have stuck to this?
Those that win simply just do what they say, those that lose, just find excuses.
“Oh but SMMA is saturated”
“Oh but i’m tired”
“Oh they have a team and im on my own”
“Oh it’s easy for you to say you’ve been doing it for years”
and so on…
I want you to succeed.
There’s no agenda behind these emails.
There’s no course or anything that i’m actively trying to sell you.
I don’t bullshit you with lifestyle or pretty emails getting you to buy my shit.
These go out each week out of my own good will.
To help as many people realise that you don’t have to be book smart, clever or lucky to make good money online.
You quite simply just have to know what to focus on as your input and know your goal.
“How do I know what my inputs are?”
Figure out your goal (be as specific as possible) > reverse engineer the steps to get there.
Want to lose 8kg bodyweight in 10 weeks.
Aim to lose 0.8kg per week.
How do you do that?
Put yourself in a calorie deficit
How?
Find out your maintenance calories, drop it by 300 and monitor the weight each day + the food you eat obviously along with other contributing factors.
“okay but i’m an agency owner i’m not bothered about losing weight”
Cool.
$10k/month goal reverse engineered quite simply boils down to the quality & volume of outreach you do.
NOBODY KNOWS YOU EXISTS.
as harsh as it sounds, its true.
With that said, you need to let people know that you exist.
Every single day without fail…
Pick one channel and put quality and volume into it.
I can say to you like most gurus do “just do 100 emails/day and you’ll sign clients in no time”.
But that doesn’t tell you that the copy and contents of your email are the most important factor that determine your success.
It’s not just about sending the email out as the input and that’s it.
It actually has to be good.
It has to generate curiosity, get someone to think and take action.
That’s why some people will send 500 emails and get a ton of meetings whilst others will send thousands without booking shit in.
You just have to be self-aware.
If nobody is replying to your emails, don’t go to youtube and try and search for the newest fanciest script.
Instead try and understand your target audience and implement variations into your scripts, keep the process simple and the time between their curiosity spiking and you speaking to them on a call as short as possible.
Try and remove any language that you’ve learn across the vast amount of information you’ve consumed on this topic on Youtube, Tiktok and so on.
This will just make you sound the exact same as the other 99 people in that businesses call log, dms or email.
Hope this was of value.
Don’t give up on this, it can and will change your life if you just commit to it without any excuses.
Catch ya next week, Konrad
