3 things that will help you
What you focus on daily dictates your future.
Your daily inputs don’t have to be some crazy strategic moves and you definitely don’t need frameworks that are over complicated by a guru YouTuber on a miro board…
With this email I encourage you to ask yourself these questions and answer honestly whether or not you’re doing these things.
Making progress in the agency space doesn’t have to be complicated.
It’s easy to get caught up in thinking everything has to be perfect or that success requires endless hours and hours of work.
But in reality, the key is consistency and following a simple framework.
Here’s what I do:
Focus on Retention
Keeping your clients happy = keeping them for longer.
Delivery awesome results through always looking for better ways to get those results and learning new skills AND always ensure to communicated. Ensure your clients actually feel valued. Much easier to retain a client, upsell them new services (more profitable) than constantly chasing new clients.
Talk to One New Person a Day
Every day, make it a goal to connect with just one person that your business can genuinely help. I mainly mean actual sales calls / demo calls or dms where you actually have conversations with people (not a cold method of outreach to one person).
Learn Something New Every Single Day
Instead of rotting your brain on TikTok for an hour before bed, opt into watching a YouTube video that teaches you something new, read 10 pages of a book about one of your weaknesses or simple scroll social media and look to learn something.
Progress doesn’t have to feel overwhelming.
If you follow this framework consistently, you’ll start seeing results before you know it.
I’ve been keeping my mentorship hush-hush up to now but if you are interested in working closely with me through a tailored to you strategy to get you to your goal through my methodology, lessons and experiences then shoot me a DM on Instagram @konradkujawa and I’ll see if I can help you.
Have a good week, almost 1/12 months done this year.
